Ministry of Finance Order no. 85/2024 regarding the regulation of the aspects related to corporate sustainability reporting, as published in the Romanian Official Gazette no. 75 from 26 January 2024, establish the entities obliged to report, publish and submit audited corporate sustainability reports.
