The Emergency ordinance no. 137/2024 for the amendment and completion of Law 162/2017 regarding the statutory audit of the annual financial statements and the consolidated annual financial statements and the amendment of some normative acts, of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 75/1999 regarding the financial audit activity, as well as the amendment and completion of some normative acts, was published on Romanian Official Gazette, Part I, no. 1215 from 3 December 2024.
